Teen Ministry at Grace Life . . . .
Our teen ministry is called Ground Zero on Tuesday nights. Because The Church@Grace Life was established in 2001 and opened in a public forum in 2002, 911 was very much a big part of the world around us. Teenagers around us seemed to be struggling in all kinds of ways and when our teen group came into being, we wanted to encourage them to go back to the Ground Zero of life - Jesus. So…….that is what we do. We try to reveal the love of Christ to them by being with them, by being there for them, and by having them EXPERIENCE and explore all of Christ IN them.
We do not try to correct or manipulate their behavior. By the time they are teenagers, they know what is right and what is wrong. If you are not convinced, just watch and see if they try to do anything without their parents knowledge. Those are the things they KNOW are frowned on. It is our opinion that right and wrong behavior is not the job of a church, but rather the love of Jesus is our main tool! And what a great tool it is!!! It can cast out fear, sorrow, loneliness, unacceptance and so many other things! Just trusting in the Spirit of Christ in them may seem risky, but we truly do believe we can trust Him in all things - even our children.

WHAT'S THE NEXT BIG THING FOR GROUND ZERO?????
Well......the next big thing would of course be BigStuf! That is the summer camp that we attend each year in Panama City Beach. This year our week is from June 4 - June 9 and we are already making plans and looking forward to it! Not everyone has the money needed to go, so PLEASE, if you are hungry and can help, order some BBQ!!! Or you can just make a donation by clicking on the "Donate" button.
